When you submit a request we collect only what you provide: your name, your contact handle (WhatsApp or Telegram number), and the notes you add (e.g. arrival time, number of guests, requested services). We do not collect payment data on this Site.
3. Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)
We use this data solely to respond to and arrange the guest services you request. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the steps necessary to provide the service you asked for.
4. Who processes it
Your request is delivered to our team via Telegram and stored in our Google Drive workspace for processing. These providers act as our processors. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
5. Retention
We keep request data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@ibgproperty.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR.
